I . . . am curious to know your thoughts on this?  As you know, recent Earthquake activity has sparked death and fear throughout Chile , Haiti and Japan .  It seems that more and more earthquakes are occurring, more and more wars are beginning or starting and the rumors . . . such as Libya declaring a "jihad" of sorts against Switzerland .  What’s that all about?  Are we rushing towards the “End Times”?   What are your thoughts?  Is this simply sudden random acts of nature . . . or are the predictions of our Lord coming true? I saw this story which I found interesting.   The world is in a huge “going green” movement right now making efforts to use recycled materials or designing new building and structures with energy efficient fixtures or systems.  Many seek a LEED certification giving the owners a tax break or other incentives to invest in our future.   One of the changes in an everyday product is finding unexpected results.  Was it a lack of testing in appropriate conditions or possibly a rush to get the product in the marketplace. What I’m talking about is the traffic signal light that you see everyday.  The electrical versions have been around since the 1920’s with the first gas type lights being used in Britain in 1868. With the changing times and everyone talking about energy there have been changes with traffic lights going to a more energy efficient LED light bulb.  It may use less energy which is a good thing but with the new type bulb it also produ...

I am not in the mood to write tonight so just a few goofy thoughts. What are some funny things to say with two lungs full of helium? I’ve got a helium balloon in my possession but I’m stuck for something funny to say with a high pitched voice. Any ideas? Falling Rocks Sign – This must be a gravity defying place. This sign is helpfully placed at the top of a cliff.  You will have to take my word for it that there is absolutely nowhere a rock could fall on you from above if you can read this sign.  Therefore the rocks would have to drop off the eroding cliff at your feet, circle back up around and fall on your head. Unfortunately climatic conditions were such that the phenomenon was not happening on the day I was there.
