Cancun Trip Moon Palace Resort
Everyone woke up for an early breakfast so we could eat before the boat departure from the pier between the two sides of the Moon Palace for our 30 minute ride to the Wet N Wild Water Park.

It was great in the fact that it was not crowded so we road everything there several times even the ‘Lazy River’ float giving us some needed breaks. The sun was hot but there was a slight breeze most of the day.

Everyone had a great time all day hitting all of the towers and wave pool.

We finished up with repeated drops from the “The Flush Bowl” while waiting for the time to catch our return ferry boat back to the Resort. This is a body ride where you ended up going down through a winding tube emptying into a big ‘bowl’ much like a toilet where you went around several times before being dumped “flushed” into the pool below.

The boat ride back was great as the crew had the guys doing a song and dance to ‘YMCA’
Scott dancing the YMCA song
And later the girls were doing the chicken dance song as well as the Macarena.

There was cerveza and Tequila shots given during the ‘Beetlejuice’ portion of their show which was funny and kept your mind off the heat for the forty five minutes back to our pier.

There are nine cooked people in our party now as everyone had plenty of sun while the 50 sun block tried to slowly bring our pasty white bodies into some color. The arctic climate has many parts that never see the light of day so there is some burning going on . . . think bacon without that good smell.

Tonight we have the Michael Jackson show . . . yeah that was my reaction too. Plenty of kiddies here at the resort so we will keep an eye out on all of them making sure none head to his ‘Presidential Suite’.
Tomorrow . . . Golf on a Jack Nicklaus Signature course . . . we saw it yesterday and it is by far the best course we have ever seen . . . real grass . . . no spots from the winter damage and it looks gorgeous.
