While the children do their work home schooling . . .
While Icy washes the car . . .
And there is always laundry to do . . .
Like other families who live far away from loved ones, we really love to write letters to friends and other family members are truly happy and thankful when the mailman brings us letters from home . . .
We will celebrate almost anything here in the
We share a common bond with other families who have one or more who work up on the slope bringing much needed oil and fuel to those Outside. We hate seeing Icy leave for his rotation and cannot wait for his return. It’s hard sometimes to say those goodbyes but that is the way of life here in the frigid Northland.
Finding that bit of quiet time together is so rewarding . . .
We are so blessed to live in a beautiful land with so many unique and wonderful things to see and do. I hope you enjoyed this brief glimpse into our abundant lifestyle.
